The data controller is the Pulcino d'Oro organization, based in Torre Santa Susanna (BR). Data is collected and managed exclusively for the purposes indicated in this notice.

What data we collect

We collect the following personal data: child's name and age, parent or guardian's name, email address, phone number, residential address and favorite song (optional). This data is provided voluntarily through the registration form.

Purpose of processing

Data is collected exclusively for the following purposes: management of registrations for the Pulcino d'Oro event, communications related to the event, issuance of participation certificates and historical archiving of the event.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent of the data subject (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. a of GDPR). Consent is acquired through the specific checkbox in the registration form.

Retention period

Personal data is kept for the duration of the event and for a subsequent period not exceeding 5 years for historical archiving purposes. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
